On cycle day 14!!! The earliest I've EVER gotten a +OPK was CD 14 and that was last cycle taking 160mg soy CD 3-7. Now I got a +OPK all on my very own Well, on my own plus Geritol, B6, 800mg folic acid, 75mg DHEA, and extra vitamin D & E every other day... I just meant I didn't need the soy That's great to know!!
Also BDing every other day with DH this time around instead of every day. Just trying something new. We were BDing sporadically when Drew was conceived, so I figure 48 hours as opposed to 24 hours might be helpful, giving the boys a little more time to rebound, giving my CM some extra time to do its thing... We'll BD tomorrow night, then that might be it for the trying, depending on if my temp rises the day after or not. If it doesn't, we'll give it one more go after 48 hours total. Might actually be intimate JUST FOR FUN anyway for a change
I love OPK posts I talk all the time about how much I like hearing about +OPKs, it's just such a hopeful time. And once my crosshairs are confirmed on FF I am NOT temping! Temping last month made me too hopeful, and my charts usually are very pretty post-O, but not THAT pretty... So I'm gonna lay the thermometer down after 3DPO. But for now, temping is SO ON

Hooray for positive opks!
I got mine yesterday too. I like your idea of not temping once O is confirmed. but I do not have the strength not to! My goal this cycle is to now test before 14dpo, so I just HAVE to temp to have something to obsess over!

That's a really sweet way to put it I haven't done a due-date calculator, but it would be something like Dec. 17.

DHEA is all about egg health/preservation as far as TTC goes. Celena put a post up about it in one of the subforums at the top, it explains it really well. D is just because lack of vit. D is a problem I see a handful of girls come up with every now and then when they get testing, so I take extra D every other day because I don't have a confirmed problem, so I don't want to overdo it and mess anything up, but I do want a little extra just in case. I don't remember what E does, I think it's an antioxidant? I have it from last time I was TTC and taking vitamins so I just added that back in my regimen as well.

Erin, vitamin D is fat soluble, so you should just get a test to see if you're deficient before taking supplements. If you get 15 mins a day in the sun, then you probably don't need it. I have to take it because I am incredibly deficient and I am like a vampire and hardly ever go out in the sun.
Fun Fact: Your skin converts sunlight into vitamin D by burning off cholesterol, so spend 15 minutes in the sun before putting on sunscreen and you'll get vitamin d and less cholesterol.
