I feel like I have been waiting to O forever. I thought I was going to O early because of the symptoms I was having but I guess its this darn cyst playing games with me. So now I actually feel like O is coming. I realize I really have to go with my CM and not what I feel. So looks like I will not be Oing early this cycle.

I am so tired of waiting!!

Does anyone know if soy can cause cyst? Sort of thinking of doing soy but at the same time after doing vitex and getting a cyst I am thinking maybe I shouldn't try that just yet.

I know the soy made me O later instead of earlier but I'm not sure about it causing a cyst. I do know that having a cyst can really affect your cycle. Hope someone else can give you more insight.

I don't know if soy can cause a cyst but wanted to say I understand your frustration. The waiting can be unbearable sometimes!

Well I think for now I won't do the soy. I think my cyst is going away or at least I hope. Will find out at the OB soon.

I would say yes soy can cause a cyst only because Clomid does and soy acts like clomid. If you have a cyst now your cycle is going to be a little wacky... Hopefully it evens out soon for you.

Well I have had cyst on and off a lot in the past 6 months and my cycles have been very normal actually as for as how long they are but my symptoms are horrible.

I am so glad your cycles are still normal. I ended up with a cyst last summer that made me skip 2 AF cycles. I took the morning after pill to mess with my hormones enough to bring on AF!

I hope you get pregnant soon!
