First off NO D&C NEEDED WOOHOOO.
Everything is all clear exept he said still some blood left and to expect a good week or two of the on off bleeding I have going on now. But no tissue left.
Any of you who have followed my PCOS journey
While he was there I asked to see my ovaries because he never looked at them before... WOW they looked like freakin swiss cheese. He said yep for sure you have cysts on your ovaries.
I almost want to go over to the TTC PCOS board and say HAAAA told you so!!! LOL because those ladies gave me a hard time and said because I got pregnant with out fertility there is no way I can have PCOS. BUT he said that can easily change and fast because I am almost 30 he said my time is starting to run out and if I want more kids I probably should not wait. (told hubby this and he said "well we need to talk about this tonight".. I will be SOOO mad if I did all this testing and crap and finally have an answer for him to say no more). So tonight I started the second dose of Metormin (I asked if I should take it all at once or one in the morning and the other at night but now I forget what he said). He said this miscarriage can totally change things and if I dont get a period in 8 weeks or can not get pregnant after a couple months to call and we can try fertility help if needed.
OH... He said my antiphosholipid is in normal ranges right now but that can change.
So since I told him I had a negative pregnancy test and everything was all cleared out he said we can do the rest of the blood work.
So now we are testing for Protein C&S (I cant read his writting I think thats what it said..lol)
Also testing for MTHFR.
He said takes about a week to get it all back, So if they are all clear I can TTC right away.
I asked him when to start taking asprin he said I don't have to until I find out I am pregnant but if I am trying to TTC I can go ahead and start if I wanted.

I am so glad you do not need the D&C.
I am glad he also looked at your ovaries and was able to confirm the PCOS. I hope you get good results from the rest of your tests.
I am still waiting on the results from my Protein S & C too

I am so happy you had a good doctor's appointment. I am sorry he did confirm that you have PCOS. Now that you know you have it you can treat it. I hope the talk with your husband goes well.

Thanks.
I am glad he found out I have it because I feel like I have answers and maybe hope for next time. It also explains so many other things. Since being on it my acne has pretty much stopped & I have not had a single head ache.
Talk with DH went well. I don't know why he said its something we need to think about and freak me out for a couple hours..lol As soon as I am able to DTD we are going to NTNP and then if I get A/F next cycle I will start OPK's. In the back of my mind I almost hope it takes a couple months because having 2 birthdays and Christmas all in a months time might drive me insaine as the kids get older and things start getting more expensive with toys and birthday parties. I also really wanted to go on vacation with my parents next Febuary. BUT if its God's will for it to happen then I will take it. Since the DR told me time is not on my side I am not going to wait for certain dates or vacations.
It was so sweet when I was checking out. I never go to this office because he is only there once a week and typically on that day I cant get a sitter. As I was checking out and paying my co pay the receptionist asked if I was going to try again. Then she shared with me she is on pregnancy number 4 with pcos and in her 6th week and this is the farthest she has made it so far. Typically finding out someone was pregnant would have upset me but I was so happy for her. She said she was going to pray for me and wants to see me back in a couple months with prenatal checks. I just thought that was sweet of her to take time out to talk to me since typically they are all business and never small talk.
They were running an hour beind and the nurse even came out to sit with me for a couple minutes to make sure I was doing ok.
BUT as I left these really young girls and there mom got in the elevator and were holding ultrasound photos from the ultrasound center the next floor down. They were laughing and looking at the ultrassound talking about how the baby is mearusing big and wondering if by next check her due date will change... UGH this girl had to be 15 or 16. In my head I was screaming SO UN FAIR THAT SHOULD BE ME!!!!

Glad you didn't need a D&C! That sounds like a good doctor's visit and hope you get more answers from those new tests.
It sucks that you got to see that excited family with the U/S. I just got a friend tell me she is pregnant and hearing those types of news is so hard for me right now too.

I know how you feel, Lindsey I volunteer on the 7th floor of a hospital, and the fourth floor is the birth center, so pretty much anytime I take the elevator down, someone's getting wheeled into the elevator with a newborn in her lap and balloons, flowers, the whole nine. If someone gets on with a baby, I get off and take the stairs. I can't handle it.
I'm glad the appointment itself went well for you. And I'm glad they were able to help answer that question about TTC right away, back you up on how you said you were feeling about wanting to start now instead of waiting three months. Right now I like your doc's office

You know that is funny.... I was just thinking, wonder if Shanise is still right about you and I being in the same DDC?
I am hoping because of this Metformin I get knocked up before A/F shows so I dont have to be a mad woman for a couple months again.
I swear TTC is more stressfull to me than being pregnant.

Shanise told me that I was going to get knocked up in time for a 2011 baby, and discounting the possibility of a premie, this is the last cycle that would be possible! So yeah, you need to get knocked up soon

I'm so glad that you don't need a D&C. Your doctor and his staff at this office sound fabulous. You certainly deserve to have that after all you've been through!
