It is awfully quiet in here today. I had my best friends bridal shower to go to today and now I'm back home resting. I'm still sick and I lost my voice completely now.

I am here and it was a beautiful but chilly day. Yes the clomid does a number on me too but without it my ovulation is not strong at all. Anyway hope all of you have a good night.

Ooh, maybe you can help! I asked this a while back, and as far as I remember, nobody really had an answer.

What is a "strong" ovulation? What's the difference between strong and normal and weak ovulating? And how do you know if your ovulation isn't strong?

I ask lots of weird questions, so if you don't exactly know, no worries Just thought maybe you could help me out with that!

From what I understand, Erin, a strong ovulation happens when you release one (or more) egg that is mature (not over- or under-ripe) and that leads to a nice spike of progesterone. The only way I have heard of to tell whether an ovulation is sufficient or not is to measure 7 dpo progesterone levels. Anything over 5 would indicate ovulation, over 10 indicates a really strong unmedicated ovulation, and over 15 indicates a really strong medicated ovulation.

It has been pretty quite around here.
We had a lot graduate in the last month or 2 so I think things are not as active as they were... but we had newbies join once they become more talkative I think it will go back to normal.
I it use to be a full time job trying to keep up with all the posts on here, Now I can just check in once a day for 20-30 minutes and get caught up.

My best friend asked me to make a cake for her daughter's first birthday so today I am going to make a practice cake. I have never actually made a layered cake before. Cupcakes are more my thing...
