Do you lay still for 15-30 minutes?
Do you lay with a pillow under your hips?
Stand on your Head?

Do you lay with a pillow under your hips? yup
Stand on your Head? haven't tried that one yet, it would probably end in disaster...

I try to stay down for 15 to 30 minutes. Sometimes I bother with pillows/towels under my hips and sometimes I don't.

Oooooh no way! That stuff is nasty!!! Haha I jump right up and clean up right away! Yucky! I'm shocked I've gotten pregnant 5 times! Hahaha Seriously I find the feeling so gross that I really do jump right up and clean it up when we're not using condoms. That's the only good thing about us being "on hold" is clean condom sex! =)

I'm starting to think I'm weird about it!! Haha

I usually lay there for at least 1/2 an hour. I am not capable of standing on my head and just don't do the pillow thing.

I did the pillow thing for a while, but when we were NTNP with Drew I wouldn't use a pillow, so I stopped doing that. I DO stay lying down for at least 30 mins, and like to lie down for at least an hour as I've heard sperm can survive for UP TO that long in the vagina before reaching the cervix. I usually just play on my laptop, "meditate" (read: send good vibes to the spermies), or take a nap.

Oct. 27, 2010: I held him in my arms while Daddy, Grandma, Great-Uncle and I sang him to sleep =( Hardest thing I've ever done...
June 14, 2011: Drew's baby brother or sister waved hi to us with a BFP!
June 25, 2011: Natural miscarriage... Can we please catch a break here?
Nov. 2011: 100mg Clomid followed by 2mg Estrogen, Ovidrel trigger, and 200mg progesterone suppositories 2x/day 14 days. BFN.
Dec. 2011: 2nd medicated cycle. BFN.
Jan. 2012: Took a month off to breathe...
Feb. 2012: Same regimen of Clomid and other meds, add IUI. 2 eggs and 8.5 million swimmers. BFN.
March 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-11, follie scan CD 8 showed 6 follies likely to mature. Triggered, IUI on CD 14, 4 million swimmers. BFN.
April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.

Do you lay still for 15-30 minutes? I like to lay still for 15 -30 mins
Do you lay with a pillow under your hips? I haven't tried this but was thinking about this because I do have a tilted uterus. Do you put a pillow under you while you are laying down?
Stand on your Head? No. I can see me hurting myself.

So far I just lie there since it's usually bedtime anyway. When my ex-husband & I were TTC a few years ago, I did the pillow thing. This cycle I think I'm going to try the Instead Cup. Those things are kind of intimidating though so I may chicken out!
