they were due, twin-wise: April 22, 40wk-wise: May 19.
I have a dental appointment in a few minutes, but after that I'm taking the 45 minute drive to see her. Her husband is gone for still another 5 months, and I feel horrible because I was her birthing partner up until I "needed" to go to England. Thankfully, another good friend stepped up.
I'm not sure how everyone is doing, but they were pretty early, so any T&P you can spare would be awesome. I will know how they all are in a few hours
***UPDATE***
The twins weigh in at just over 4lbs each. They both had a little trouble so have had a little CPAP and may be going under the lights, but they should be out of the NICU by midweek!
Mom has been having a rough recovery, but she is doing "okay". We are setting up a "meeting" with their Daddy over the computer for later today. His training team has a 50" screen to surprise him with a meeting, since he has been in the field and doesn't know they were born! We are excited to share the news!
Its a little hard going to that hospital (last time I was there was after my car accident, and thats where I learned about my last loss), but its always encouraging to welcome new life into the world.

Sending Prayers... from one preemie mom to another...... Sounds like she was about 33wks, That is how far along when I delived, So hopeful she will do as good as my girls did! (My girls came home at 4lbs even and 4lbs 8oz after a week in the NICU)
At this point they should be feeders and growers... Meaning they will be in the NICU so they can gain weight.
Please update us! HUGS...

Mine were 33.5 weeks too, but my son spent several weeks in the NICU (developed to 31wks) for breathing issues
and he was an entire pound smaller than his sister
