Okay so I'm wondering, for those who tried soy, did it change the time you ovulated (moved it up or pushed it back)? The reason I ask is this . . . I don't temp so the only way I know I ovulate more accurately is by testing, but this month I didn't think ovulation and seeing my dh would coincide, so I didn't buy any opk's. We got a last minute change of plans and got to spend an extended weekend together spent mostly at the hotel . However, I decided to take soy this month too. I've taken it before with no change in af, but I'm not sure about ovulation. I track af on my phone and it has been spot on the last few months and it claims I ovulated this weekend. It has been right before, but again I'm not sure because of the soy. . . . . so I guess I'm just trying to get my hopes up!

When I was TTC years ago, I took it and it actually helped me ovulate earlier during most cycles. There were some cycles, however when it was really delayed. I stopped taking it because I just didn't feel it was reliable enough for me. Good luck!

It didn't change anything for me, but I may not have taken the right amounts. I don't plan on taking it again.

Yes and maybe . . . I got a little dehydrated and I blamed my cramp-like pains on lack of water not even thinking about o-pains . . . crap, now I've got two weeks to analyze this!
