What are the gas prices right now where you live?
What do you think of them continuing to go up?

What are the gas prices right now where you live? The last time I checked, they were at $3.76 (last week they were $3.66)
What do you think of them continuing to go up? It's ridiculous and extremely frustrating! I am afraid it's just going to get worse as we get closer to Summer.

$3.60

I hope that the prices going up keeps pushing industry to come out with better fuel alternatives and more economy. I have a lot of money in energy stocks, so I don't mind as much when gas prices go up.

Last I saw was $3.59 for the cheapest.

I don't think some people will be able to survive the rising cost.

I have a hybrid, so I don't gas as often as most people.

I live in Canada and it is $1.35 per litre....hang on I will google the conversion....

If I did the math correctly that is a little over $5.00 per gallon.....

What do I think? If it keeps going up I will have to quit my job. I drive 1.5 hours each way to work on a gravel road (can't drive a hybrid here....need 4X4). It costs me aprox $30/day right now.

It is around $3.68 here. But where I am originally from (Sweden) their prices per liter is $2.25. So for a gallon (which is 3.79 litre) is $8.53.
I would say that it is due to someone here in US (not naming names) saying that we would not drill for oil and supply our country with own drilled energy sources. We are currently dependant on other countries to supply us the gas.
I am off my soap box now

$3.59 here. I currently drive 30 miles to work (one way), but after this summer will only be driving 3 miles to work (one way). Thank goodness, because otherwise the prices would hurt. I'd love to get an electric car or anything other than gas powered.

$3.56 here is the cheapest. I have seen a lot of pumps in the 3.60s. We live in a tourist town so I know it will continue to go up here. It scares the crap out of me. It costs around $80 to fill up DH's truck. He has to drive four hours round trip for work about once a week.
