I had a m/c about 3 weeks ago. Started bleeding at 9w1day, u/s showed something only 7.5 weeks along and no hb. No d/c, body just passed everything on its own. I had a hcg draw 2 weeks ago and have one this coming tuesday to make sure levels are going down. I'm not sure yet about our ttc plans. I asked the doc if we needed to use birth control during this time period of no bleeding but checking the levels. He said the hcg will suppress ovulation, so we should be fine w/no major bc. However, earlier this week I had what I think are clear o signs. The usual o pains (diff than the m/c pains, my usual o pains) and the ewcm and then the drying up signs of it. Can one o that early after a m/c? I don't think it makes sense that I could, maybe it was just more "cleaning" out that my body was doing?

Once your levels are below 5 you should ovulate. So it is possible depending on your levels. I am very sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss!! And yes, I ovulated shortly after my levels got down.
