Alright ladies I need your help ....
I've been waiting for my first cycle to begin after my loss in March. My levels are back down to normal (zero) as of April 7th... I actually postponed my testing a week because I was supposed to get my blood test on April 1st so I could have been at zero then... well... I started spotting on the 7th (dark brown) and continued on till April 11th (being heavy dk br at times with a hint of pink). That was 5 days without heavy bleeding.
Do you think this is my cycle after a loss?

Hmmmm.... could be. It has been a while since your loss. It may take a few cycles to get back to normal with your cycle though.

My first one was really bizarre, so anything is possible.

I guess I'm going to treat it as though it was my cycle and see if I ovulate.... I feel like there's no need to wait till the next to start trying if I "O".......

I don't know if this helps any, but my loss was at 17 weeks so I had to deliver and then got a dnc that night. I lightly spotted 1-2days....my cycle came exactly 28 days later....just like normal. Some says it's alot heavier with clots...mine wasn't.

My friend who mc at 6 weeks....had a dnc and spotted/bled for weeks and many times thought it might be her period. When her period finally came...it was a full period like normal. Hers was right around 6 weeks from her DNC

Thanks... Sorry for your loss...
That's interesting because my spotting was around 6 weeks after loss but I didn't have a d&c. I did bleed after and it lasted about a week. However, it stopped until this spotting came along... which is now light. It was a very light flow which is why I was questioning if it would really be considered a cycle....

It could be but I would either chart or use OPK's and see where it goes. It's hard to say because your cycles are all wonky after a m/c!

It's so hard to know! I'm in a similar position as you and don't have any idea what's going on either. Good luck!

Probably that was it.... Mine started light and then was actually extremely heavy for 2 straight days and all of a sudden ended yesterday.
