To get rid of a stuffy nose? I am dying and have to go to work in a couple hours and would really like this stuffy nose gone!

You guys know any remedies or medicines that REALLY help?

I wish I could help. The only things I can suggest are the good nighttime cold medicines...Theraflu works wonders for me. But those won't be good if you have to go to work. I hope you feel better soon!

If you cut of your nose, it will be gone and no longer stuffy.

I usually have nose spray either for cold symptoms and stuffy nose or if it is just allergy stuffy related perhaps just a saline spray. This is a little TMI but lukewarm water mixed with some salt and the "snort" it and that should also get it become less stuffy.
I hope you can get rid of the stuffyness.

Netti pot! It rinses out your sinuses with saline water. They sell it at Walgreens.

Saline nose spray (sea salt nose spray) helps allot, it'll dry up after a bunch of crud runs out but it helps allot.
