Before my m/c I typically had a 35 day cycle. Since then I have been all over the place, but now it has been 8 weeks since AF. I thought I just had an anovulatory cycle and then I might O this month, but my OPKs showed a darkening and then lightened up again with no definite positive. How long should I wait before I call my dr? Do I give it until 10 weeks or should I just go ahead and call now? I've never had to deal with this before - is there something they can give you to make you start?
Any thoughts or advice would be welcome. I'm feel totally clueless and very uninformed. HELP!

Yes. There is a medication they can give you to induce a period it is called Provera. I would certainly call your doc and ask what they think should happen. They might tell you to wait a couple more weeks just to see if nature will do its thing or maybe they will prescribe the meds. Good luck to you. I hope things get back to normal for you soon.

I would go ahead and call your doctor. Worst case scenario they tell you to wait.

I would call them now. They will probably give you a pregnancy test and as long as it's negative the will prescribe your provera to bring on AF. They might also discuss other meds to help you ovulate for the next cycle but I would call them.

I would agree that you should call them. You may have already. I hope you either O'd, got a BFP or AF arrived so that your waiting is over . Good luck.
