So... Since Hubby is deployed on mainland Japan for now and we are waiting on insurance to refund us anyway before we can proceed with MA, I'm kinda on a mini ttc pause until late May -very early June . I figured I would take this time to heal emotionally a little bit more and get a little bit more fit.. As a few of you may know I had been a little bit depressed and I decided to start wellbutrin and I was already on topamax( which I have to stop when I start to ttc again ) My Dr said that combined in studies they had been shown to help with weight loss so since they also think I have a light case of PCOS I was like YAY, so of course I have been watching what I ate and I've been trying to do a bit better with exercise... So far I've lost 20 pounds in 34 days !! So I'm pretty happy !! Now onto the odd CM part.... So... I did an IUI with injects in Jan, ovulated , BFN, AF came, laughed at me, left... Started a cycle in Feb, all was well, RE cut my injects to quickly, too low , too early in the cycle and there was little to no chance of it working, he was willing to take the chance, I was not so I called it off , mid way.. well.. I never got dear ole AF.... So I waited a little over 40 days.. Part way I had started my meds and once I lost about 10 pounds I noticed my CM changing and getting very egg white-y , each day a little more , so I thought I was going to O.. but then it went on for like 5 days and when I do O on my own with out meds ( which is rare because of the PCOS, they said) I DO tend to have EWCM for 4-5 days so I was not too worried... but then it went of for 7 days, then 8 days ...So finally I took the provera to get a period, 2 pills 1 time a day for 5 days, after the 2nd day the EWCM stopped, it got creamy, the 2nd day after the last pill I got AF, it lasted slightly less then normal , the only odd thing was that there were a few more brown days then what is normal for me.. Now here comes the really odd part for me.... Today would have been the day it would have normally been overIE: Just brown spotting the last day, VS the last 3 days were brown spotting each less heavy then the one before.. Today was almost nothing except for when I wiped. The EWCM was back TONS of it and I mean TONS of it This morning it was really dark brownlike a huge bloody snot ball... Gross I know...but just the one time and then after that I have just had a lot of thicker EWCM that is clear and slimy and slippery and only very slightly thicker then it is when I "O" , infact it is almost the same.. Does anyone know why I would have so much EWCM the day my AF left? I have NEVER had this? could it just be my hormones regulating because I have lost 20 pounds in roughly a month? I'm just nervous because we have this one last MA shot over here in Japan with the frozen sperm and then we are moving back to the states and it will take my insurance awhile to get me a referral there set up with a new RE ... Any ideas or advice on the CM ? Thanks guys, sorry it was so long !!

First of all Congratulations on the weight loss!!! Whenever I have taken welbutrin I have lost weight as well.

I am thinking the irregular AF with the lighter brown is caused by the hormones of the injectibles. They can cause your lining to be thinner than normal and thus a lighter AF cycle.

As far as the CM - It could be that you are "happier", less depressed and just overall feeling a little better than before. It can also be from the Welbutrin, I always had increased cm when on it - even when I wasn't TTC.

Discuss it with your RE when you see him/her but I think it is all positive. Also, I suggest doing OPK's so you get a better idea of when you are o'ing. It is hard enough to TTC with PCOS let alone trying to figure out if you o or not.
