So I took an OPK test 2 days ago and it was positive. Perfectly dark than I took one the next day and it was lighter so I was like I'm ovulating or am very soon. Than I took another one yesterday and it was dark! Just as dark as the one 2 days ago?!? Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know what's up?

And also my nipples have been very sensitive. I never have gotten this before... Do some people get this during O? Sorry if TMI..

I haven't experienced either one but I have heard about the nipple thing happening to some women. Hormones can do all kinds of crazy things to us. As for the weird OPK thing, the only thing I can think of is maybe your body geared to O, it didn't work, so it tried again? I don't know if that can happen but it's the only thing I can think of. Are you temping at all too? If so, have you seen a temp rise yet?

That was until I got an even DARKER test. I thought my test was positive until I got an even darker one 2 days ago. This is my first time using OPK... I thought it was.

Throw them away... Answer brand opk's are faulty. They do not work. They give false positives and false negatives.

Get clearblue easy blue line or the smiley face ones or the wondfo brand off of amazon.

I use the Wondfo OPKs off Amazon and they work REALLY well. I also have the digital smiley Clear Blue Easy OPKs, so when I think I have a + on the Wondfo brand I dip a CBE smiley just to make sure. I really don't even need to do the smiley ones though, the Wondfo brand makes it super obvious when it's positive. I just ran out of the smileys and I don't plan to buy anymore. But yeah, like Missy said, the Answer OPKs are awful. I hear stories like yours all the time about having no idea when O actually happened bc of all the false results they give. Just keep BDing
