I hadn't thought about this, but since I am going to TTC, should I contact my doctor? When I get pregnant I have to start my heparin injections & progesterone... Are those things I should get prescribed before hand to start taking now? I've never officially TTC before so I'm unsure - I just don't want to start off wrong, you know?

I've never had to take those meds before, but it would probably be best if they knew you were going to ttc and you had them on hand. I could be wrong though.

I take progesterone starting at 3 days after I O. So I would contact them right away. I don't think they will start you on the heparin until you get your BFP. But I would call. They might also want you to start on the prenatals now

Every DR is different but I have to do Lovenox shots when I get my BFP but he is not going to start them until about 5 weeks when something starts to show on the ultrasound.
But some people have been told to start them after O.
I would call and ask or maybe make a pre pregnancy appointment.

Definitely call and ask. It's always better to be prepared and if you don't need anything now, then at least you know for sure and don't have to worry about it. Good luck ttc!
