It seems like I always post about the bad things happening in my life. I wanted to post a Happy post. When I saw my doctor couple of weeks ago she said I was depressed and put me on Wellbutrin. I think the Wellbutrin is working. I have really been enjoying life and enjoying being married to my wonderful husband. The last two weeks it seems like Dh and I have been falling deeper in love with each other. (his mom is still a tabo subject) As many of you know I had my gallbladder out last week. I have been home since Thursday not doing that much. Just enjoying some me time. I am off work until Monday of next week or longer if my doctor wants it. I was going to go back this week but changed my mind. I need to take care of me. With my time off I have been doing some things around the house. We really haven't had the chance to go through everything we received from the wedding year ago. It has been like Christmas going through everything. I have been moving slowly going through the cabinets and throwing away the old stuff and replacing it with things we got from the wedding.
I made it through the weekend with my mil. She was on her best behavior while she was here. I think Dh realized that she needs to be some place. Her mind is really going. You tell her something and she forgets it 5 minutes later. Right after she got here on Saturday she started going through her meds they sent home with her. Dh had to keep yelling at her to leave them along.
As far a TTC we are still on hold. I have to get a blood test on Thursday when I see my surgeon. I am hoping my hcg level is back to 0. I haven't taken any hpt or opks test. I will probably start taking opks when my level reaches 0. We are going to be not trying but not preventing either until we get the blood test results back. Once we get the blood test back we will be trying all the way. Right now I have a good attitude about trying again. I hope it holds.
Thank you for reading.

I'm so glad you shared! I love hearing about the good things going on in other people's lives. There is not much better in the world than falling in love with your hubby all over again - it makes the whole world feel bright and shiny. And it is fabulous that you feel like the Wellbutrin is working - I've heard great things about it.

Stacey, I am so glad you are at a good place. You deserve to have peace. I think having your MIL in her home will help so much the next time you TTC, less stress and anxiety. I hope you are able to stay in this happy place!

Love your post! I had so much fun putting away our wedding things! Want to share some pictures?
Do you find that you have more energy now? That was always a great side effect of Welbutrin with me!

Missy, Finding more engery is hard for me since I don't have a thyroid anymore. The more I read on Thyroid cancer the more I am understand what it did to my body. You will be surprised how much your thyroid does.
I will try to take some pictures. We have so many new pots & pans, baking dishes. I guess I will have to cook more. A friend of mine just told me about a friend of theirs that lost everything in a house fire. I am going to put together a box with some of the good things I am replacing with the new things to give to them. Any of the new items we will never use I am going to give them also. They said what they can't use they will pass along.
It is nice to start feeling happy again. I know Bill has noticed a change lately. He said he can't wait to come home to me again. Its nice to be able to discover all the things living alone brings.
Working is really bugging me about the time I taking off. Bill said if they keep on bugging me for me to take off the 3/4 weeks the doctor wants me to take off. I just printed out the paper work I have to fill out for Medical leave. I think while I am off I am going to check into going back to school and dropping down to part time. Bill said we could make it if I dropped down to part time. I am so unhappy at work. I think not being at work is also helping me to be happy.
Thank you so much ladies for being there for me while I was feeling so down. There were days I didn't think I was going to make it. I always knew I had everyone here to help me out.
Megan, I think about you and I stalk you in the Oct ddc

It is wonderful to hear that you are in a place of peace and happiness. I think going down to part time at work sounds like it would be a great idea for you. It is horrible to be unhappy at work and if you can limit your time there and then eventually leave, I think you will be even happier in the long run. Big hugs to you! Thank you for sharing that!

Thanks for sharing
I started Wellbutrin a little over a month ago and I can tell a difference! It took a couple of weeks before I felt a difference.
