HCG, QUANTITATIVE SERUM 12
PROGESTERONE 5.2

No one has called me yet just had a message on Mychart online and they were there.... In my eyes its left over HCG. If its not that progesterone is way to low. Just post ovulation its typically 12 or more...
I had more brown spotting last night so I think A/F might be on it's way soon.
So now I don't know what to think, why is there still HCG hanging on?

There are 2 things it could be.... one is that it's a new pregnancy and it's just very early and two is you have retained tissue which will make HCG linger in your system. I hope it's the first one. Are they going to do an ultrasound to see if there is a sack or anything? If there is they need to start you on progesterone.

I just noticed this note...
Lindsey, you pregnancy hormone was positive, however it is low, this may just represent a very early pregnancy. We will have you repeat the test tomorrow and from there we will be able to gain more information about the pregnancy.

it is really low so your progesterone is the only thing that worries me. If it is a new pregnancy (I think it is because you had negative tests) then it's REALLY early since your HCG is 12.

Nothing will show on a ultra sound until your numbers are over about 1500 right?
So that would be about a week-week and a half.

The other thing that worries me is that since its Friday and they wont get the results back till monday.... if it is a new pregnancy with Prog this low I am going to lose it over the weekend.

Lindsey I really hope you O'd late and it's just really early. I will pray that you make it through the weekend and get good results on Monday

Praying for you that it's just super early and your numbers are on their way up. Would your ob call in for progesterone today so you could at least have that for this weekend?

I think FF was way wrong with my temps.
My OPK's keep going positive and then negative then positive again so I think I am only 8-9 DPO.
If you look at my chart and put your hand over the first part it looks like a whole new chart. I think its confused with my miscarriage temps.

But that progesterone scares the crap out of me. It it was over 15 I would be excited thinking it was a new pregnancy.
Even this early shouldnt it be above 15?

They should start you on progesterone anyway, just in case. It is still Friday, so I would call them.

Just called the nurse... she said this long after there should not be any HCG left and thinks its a new pregnancy but its not looking good.
I asked about taking progestrone now and she said we have to wait until Monday to see what the results are.
This is going to be a very long weekend.
I wish I had a friend like you do who can run my numbers today just to see if they have changed at all.

Guess all I can do at this point is to keep testing over the weekend with Ic's to see if the lines getting darker.

im supposed to go tomorrow.
Even if I did go today there office closes on Fridays.
I knew I should have just waited and kept testing until Monday before I went in.

Lindsey, it really could just be a very early pregnancy. I agree with Sam- if you go get the bloodwork done soon, there should be a way to get the results today, it only takes a few hours to run the test. I really hope you can find a way to get the results and start progesterone today. I think if I were you I might call the nurse back and do some theatrics to get a progesterone script. I really really really hope this is it for you!

They close in 2 hours... I asked about progestrone and she said we need to wait. She said its just to early.

I am so sorry you are going through all of this. Its a shame they can't send you to a different lab so you can get your blood work and get the answers back today. I hope it is very early for you. Your low progesterone is worring me. I wish they would just call you in something for the weekend.

So my thinking is that you were getting negative digis until yesterday? If their sensitivity is about 10 then your numbers would have gone up in order to get a positive digi!!! To me, that sounds like a new pregnancy Hun.

Just caught this Lindsey, and I'm praying for you. I think this is a new pregnancy with the darker lines and now positive digis and I hope that it's a sticky one. I pray this weekend goes by without too much stress.

Lindsey!!! I have been thinking about you all morning! I had to come and see if there was any update. I wished you lived closer because I would go up there and give them a piece of my mind! If they know the progesterone is low, then they should give you some anyway! I'd go in and talk to them istead of over the phone.
