High fructose corn syrup is bad for you and diet sodas really aren't that much better. Also, the cans contain BPA.

Lol. I have Diet Mt Dew every morning instead of coffee. I buy 2 liter bottles and keep them in stock in my pantry. I know it's bad, but I cannot help myself. Plus it is only one glass a day.

I had my Diet Mt Dew and a bowl of fruit filled frosted mini wheats. Soda and cereal, the breakfast of champions.

Lol. Yeah I cannot give up my soda. Lord forbid that anyone try to take it away from me too. They might get their eyes scatched out.

I call it my sweet nectar from god. Lol.

Today was the same as yesterday but a new batch. Very very bad for you homemade cinnamon rolls. It's teacher appreciation week so I made a new batch to take to daycare this morning. Yummy, but since I cover them in my version of Cinnabons frosting horrible for you!!

Yep, finally figured out part of the secret. You have to beat it to within an inch of it's life!

Recipe is simple otherwise-
2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese- use name brand, generic came out all funny)
2 cups of butter
4 cups powder sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla

Let butter and cream cheese come to room temp, then cream together, then add the sugar. mix for around 10-15 minutes until fluffish, then add in lemon juice and vanilla. It also freezes well, so making the whole batch just gives you the excuse to make cinnamon rolls later.
