I saw my OBgyn yesterday and I feel more at ease with the process now. After TTC since the beginning of 2010 and no result even after 3 cycles of 50 mg clomid started in July/Aug 2010. After these three cycles nothing. 1 cycle with no hormon help. Then in Nov/Dec time frame I started with 100mg Clomid and did a progesterone blood work and the result came back with I O'd and the progesterone level was 20.2. Then I was going with 2 cycles of clomid and nothing. Then went to the doctor and got enjuvia (estrogen 1.25mg) to take for 10 days right after the 5 days of clomid. I took that for 2 cycles with clomid. Then on March 31, 2011 I got a progesterone blood draw again and that result came back as 10.3. Then the next one on April 28 the result was 13. Now if I get AF this week or weekend I will start on 100 mg clomid and then one last cycle of estrogen and will have a last progesterone blood draw so that the doc can gather as much data as possible. Then if nothing happens then he will involve an RE to look over the data and see if anything is being missed.

I am going to from now on watch what I put in my mouth as far as food. He suggested that I watch sugar and fat intake and eat more veggies and fruits instead of processed stuff. I have started a workout routine for 4 days of 20-30 min with a work out program that is working with the Wii console. The program is Active 2 and it has work out programs in there that actually works well and you have a personal trainer (virtual) and heart and motion sensor bands tied to it. So I am trying to cut my weight little by little.

I appreciate you reading and I am feeling hopeful on getting my BFP soon.

It sounds like your doctor is being really proactive and that is so great! Paying attention to the food you're eating is a good idea. I need to do that more and really try to eat as healthy as possible. My friend has that same Wii program and she loves it! Good luck with everything!!

Have they run an HSG and sperm analysis?

As far as diet goes, I'm following these recommendations...I cant say if it helps yet, but I'm hoping that it will work...it is a good read none the less...

Yes the HSG was the first thing that this doc had me get done and the sperm analysis about the same time in beginning of 2009. I have a bicornate uterus (it is split in two - looks like two horns) and my DH sperm analysis came back good.
Thank you for the article I will read it. I have ways of cutting out processed sugar and such but it is more the will power to eat a fruit or veggie instead of sweets and desserts.

I have a horrible sweet tooth, but the pain of this overrides any power that sugar had over me...I'm keeping a journal in the loss journal section, and since I'm just twiddling my thumbs right now waiting to get my body back to normal, it is mainly a food journal right now (though I'm also eliminating wheat, so I'm doing a bit more than the article suggests)...you can look at it here:

Yes what a difference when you can ask your question and get confirmation that your thinking is right and that the doc is not shrugging his shoulders but take advantage of other doctors that have their specialty in reproduction. A huge load of concerns and anxieties dropped from my shoulders.

Thank you Stacey. I hope you are doing well. I read your post regarding your HCG level, AF and blood work. I hope your blood work comes back with an answer that is fixable.
