Today I have had horrible pain. I called the DR this morning and the nurse said sounds like streaching and my linning trying to thickin. She said she was not worried because I was not bleeding.
Well as the day went on I started bleeding and now its red and really heavy. So now I am pretty sure this is miscarriage number 4.
I called the on call and she told me sounds like miscarriage to her and to call in the morning to see if they can get me in for a ultrasound. Told me to stay off my feet for the night though. She said not that it will stop it but just in case its something else she wants me off my feet.
I had a feeling from the begining something was just not right.
I am skipping my blood thinner shot & progesrtone for the night.
So I will be back to TTC after I have a full cycle.

Please hold on to a little hope, with your numbers looking so good, this may be one of those SCH's that women experience. It can cause heavy bleeding, like a period. You wont know until they do an u/s. I had a small one and it caused my spotting. But Ive seen women have larger ones that really bleed out alot. Like the nurse said, I would stay off your feet tonight and still take the blood thinners and progesterone until otherwise told. Its only 24hrs more, what could it hurt?
Lots of prayers for you, I know how much you must be hurting.

Don't give up !!!! Stay on your meds at least until your ultrasound and you get to talk with the DR... You don't want to stop taking them and find out everything IS ok and then worry, that you did not take your meds and oh what will go wrong now :-) stay positive.. I know it's hard.... Hugs and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and lil bean

Oh no you don't....I know this is so hard but really you can't compare this pregnancy to any of the others because you are on 2 medications. Please dont stop your meds until anything if anything is confirmed.
Stay strong and I'm praying so hard that you get to see a little bean growing away in there.
