So after my loss on 03.03.11.... I was bleeding for a week and it stopped for a week till what I thought would be the beginning of my cycle... Well.... that cycle is still happening... My Gosh it's been over a month of spotting..... So I saw my Dr today and he put me on Birth Control Pills (Beyaz)..... He said that this is to stop the spotting and somewhat regulate my cycle..... (Cross Fingers.. I hope so...) He wants me to be on this for two cycles.... I've never been on Birth Control....
Has anyone been on Birth Control that is trying to conceive?

Yes, and know that if affects everyone differently. I personally HATED it. First off, I felt sick to my stomach on it for the whole 2 months I was on it. Just slightly, so it was not that bad. Still, I hate feeling queasy.

Also, I was told that I would not gain any weight on it. I gained 30lbs in 2 months! I have never had issues with gaining weight before, and I am still trying to get those last 15lbs off (This was over a year ago). My doctor actually argued with me saying that I should have not gained any weight and that it had to be something else. Well seeing how had been the same weight for years, I seriously doubt that it was "something else." I even dieted and exercised the whole time. I also developed acne, even though it helps acne for others.

Well, like I said, some people do great on it, others not so much. I was one of the unfortunate ones.

Don't let me scare you though! Every person's body is different. My friend did not gain weight on hers, but she did feel sick for the first couple of months.

I was on the pill for 2 years and had no problems with it. It actually helped my acne and I didn't gain any weight on it. Hope it works well for you!

Back when I was 14 I was put on bc pills and I did feel sick for the first couple of weeks, but then I got used to it. About 3 years later I switched to the depo shot. But, I did gain weight (a lot of it was from the shot) so that's something to watch out for.

I was on the pill years ago and the only things it did were make me moody and if I was even a few hours late in taking the pill, I would suddenly start spotting and sometimes bleeding. It was a total pain. I can't imagine having to go on it when you're so eager to TTC. I hope the next 2 months go by quick for you and that you have zero side effects!

I was on the pill for about 6 years and LOVED it. I never got sick with it. I could control my periods. I had perfect skin etc. I never had a weight problem until I quit BC but thats because I have PCOS and the BC was helping to control the PCOS.
After my first miscarriage the DR put me on a low dose BC and the month I quit and had my first non BC cycle I got my BFP with my daughter.
Sounds like you need this to reboot your system. Maybe this will get your cycles back quicker and get you your sticky BFP fast.

I am on a TTC hold for 2 months so maybe we will end up in the same DDC again!

I hope that the pills regulate your cycle and you get a BFP soon after stopping them. GL!!

Although I've only been on the BCP for 3 days so far I feel good... The spotting is less and less everyday and hopefully this can regulate my cycles...
Fingers crossed for BFP and sticky beans for the both of us!

I think the BC would be a good thing for you. Some peoples bodys just forget what to do and the hormones need a kick start.
