Hi ladies

Mind a newbie?

I'm Casey, married to Ryan (almost 11 years) and we've been TTC #1 for a year now.. with a miscarriage in the mix. I had a miscarriage in January, at 12 weeks along

We recently found out through a sperm analysis that my husbands numbers are very low

(4 million sperm, 23% motility and 2% morphology for those familiar) and we have our first appointment with an RE on June 11th, so excited!

It was a miracle we were able to get pregnant, and sometimes because of that (even 5 months later), I can get a bit down over the fact that I had a loss... it's going to be hard for me to GET pregnant, so I'm truly scared that when I DO, it will happen again. I'm trying to push aside that fear, because I want to enjoy that pregnancy.. but, I'm sure all of you here understand. Which is why I'd like to join..
It stinks that this board has to even exist, but so nice to find a place where women might understand what I'm going through.

Hi, and welcome! I know how you feel! My hubby and I have been TTC for over 3 years and we have had one loss. We also suffer from male factor infertility. His SA last year came back a decent but low amount, and recently his redo came back at 20ml, 35% motility, and 2% morphology (it was 5 mil per ml with a volume of 4.1). We are now taking the IVF route with our RE. I hope it all works out for you and I am sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope your meeting with your RE goes well, and they're able to give you a plan to have your rainbow baby in your arms in no time. The ladies here are awesome and are such an awesome support in this crazy journey!

Welcome to TTCAL. This is a great board with wonderful ladies. I hope your appointment goes great and you are able to get pregnant and stay pregnant soon.
