Another confused question about my cycle

Hey, I know I just posted a question about 1st AF after m/c but now I am more confused than ever! So I have been temping since my m/c 1 month ago. My temps had been at pre O level for about 3 weeks so I assumed I hadn't O'd. I started bleeding lightly on thurs last week, then spotted sat and sun. I assumed that may have been AF? BUT my temps were creeping up over the weekend and the last 2 days they have been my usual post O temps. Do you think it is possible that O'd and it caused spotting? That has never happened to me before but what else could cause my temps to go back up again? I will also mention that I had cramping on my lower right side on fri-sat. It did feel like O pains but I was convinced it was just gas or something. I guess the only way to know will be to wait and see if AF comes in a couple weeks. This is all SO confusing!!

The only way to know if you O'd would to be get some levels checked like your progesterone. Maybe you could call your doctor and see if they will do that for you... It's really hard to say other than that because our bodies go so crazy after a m/c.

I don't know much about tempting and charting but my cycles were so wacky for a few months after each of my losses. ((hugs)) I hope all regulates soon for you!

I did not O for the first 2mo after my 9wk m/c. I did O right after earlier m/c's (under 6wks), but it was later than usual cycles. If your m/c was exactly 30days ago, I would say you MAY of O'd just now, or you could be getting AF again. If your temps are post O right now and stay that way for a few more days, I would say you O'd late and the spotting is related to the O, or just extra lining that is making its way out. Your hormones after m/c take some time to get regulated again, and this bleeding could of been from lower than normal progesterone levels in your body.

After my first loss at 6.5 weeks, I had spotting during ovulation. It isn't completely unusual to have "O spotting" and some seem to think that spotting around O time can indicate heightened fertility. So, if your temps are post O then my guess is that you did just O. Now, there is also a chance that your LP may be shorter than your typical since your hormones are still regulating themselves.
