I dont know what it is about this DR but everytime I am done talking to him I feel so much better. Maybe he just explanes thing to me in a way I get.
But he answered some questions and It sounds like I get to TTC sooner than I thought (given my period doesnt take to long to come).

I feel like I am always fighting to get answers out of the nurses at my DR office so I talked them into getting the DR to call me.

I had a list of questions and thought I would share them & the answers.

He started off by telling me my HCG is dropping really nice and he thinks I might just be out of the woods for surgery but we need to see that number below 5 to be 100%.

Q:When can I start folic acid again? A:As soon as you hit zero.

Q You suggested a HSC when should I do this. A: as soon as you start your next period call and we will set it up for days 7-11 of your cycle.

Q: Why do I need this done. A: I feel as though with all these losses you may have some tissue that we can not see blocking your tubes, or you may have damage to your tubes. I also want to see the flow in your uterus. I know we have found out you have PCOS & MTHFR but I have a feeling there may be some other damage in there that could be causing your miscarriages as well.

Q:How long do I need to wait? any birth defect risk? A: You can start trying with this next cycle we do the HCG and I recommend it because everything will be cleared out and you will have a better chance to get pregnant right away and it being successful. With this low of a dose and only one shot I feel there is no risk to trying right away.

Q: Is bleeding this long normal & Why & what am I bleeding? A: yes because with a normal miscarriage or your period your body sends 1 signal to kill all the cells and shed the lining. But with this shot it sends those signals in waves so everything is slowly dying off and shedding slower. I do want you to be done bleeding by the time your HCG is zero or very short after. If you are still bleeding at that point I want to medically stop it.

HSG week 1: 1992 Week 2: 561 Week:3 186
So I hope they are zero by next week.
Feeling better now that he called me himself. So now I wonder when my first period will come. I was so scared they were going to make me wait 3-6 months to try again so now hearing "your next cycle" sounds so wonderful to me.

Yay!

I have a problem myself with some of the nurses at my drs office too. There always seem to be one here and there that do not seem cooperative!

He sounds like such an amazing doctor. It's a shame his nurses are such wenches. I hope the HSG reveals no major problems, and does what he is hoping- cleans things out and gives you your sticky bfp quickly! I'm so glad you're feeling better about being able to try again soon!
