New and Frustrated :(

Hello ladies! I am new here obviously. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant now since we got married July of last year. We had a little set back in Feb. due to me having surgery and having an open wound on my tailbone for a little bit. The first time trying again I became pregnant but ended up having a MC at 5 weeks. The MC happened May 4th and everything happened naturally and I even ended up getting a positive OPK on the 20th of May. 2 days afterwards my HCG levels were already down to 3. I'm just getting really frustrated because AF still hasnt paid a visit yet. I'm moody, tired and cramping and just wish it would happen. How long did it take for you ladies to get a visit from AF??

Welcome. I am very sorry for your loss. When you got a positive OPK did you guys DTD? Is there any chance your pregnant now? After my first loss I had to have meds bring on AF because my body just kind of shut down, I didn't O though. Thinking of you and I hope you get some answers soon.

We did before we got the positive, during and right after but tests are coming back negative which makes me even more frustrated.

I would suggest calling your doctor. They check check your levels and make sure you ovulated. If you didn't ovulate they can give you meds to bring on AF. Also if you still had HCG left in your system it can give you positive OPKs. HTH.

My HCG levels were already down to a 3 and I was getting a negative PG test 2 days afterwards so thats not the issue. I'm just antsy to get it going so we can start fresh again with trying.

I am so sorry for your loss.

My first few cycles after my losses were real weird and it took a while for them to regulate. ((hugs))

I am sorry for your loss. After my last miscarriage (not the ectopic). I was using OPKs and they kept going positive and negative and my temps were crazy. So I think our bodys get really confused.
It can take 4-8 weeks for your A/F to return after a miscarriage.
