We almost never go out to eat because I am cheap, but "cook" isn't what I'd use to describe my meal preparation most nights. I often eat peanut butter & jelly.

What's for dinner?
Maybe spaghetti

OMG, that sounds delicious! I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to eat more healthy, and I actually prefer veggies over meat and what not. I wish I knew how to stay so healthy like you! I don't have any support here though. My family are strictly meat and potatoes.

I worked until 7 and got home at 7:45, so I nibbled my way through dinner. A couple potato chips and an oatmeal bar at work. A carrot and a cookie at home. Parts nutritious, part junk. Ugh.

I made mini chicken Parmesan bites. They turned out delicious. It was the first time I actually made something in a while.
