bad news :(

dh asked me to go back on the pill this morning - right before he left for work. he said he needs more time before trying again. at first i was upset but now im furious. why did he wait until cd12 to tell me? i could have gone to the doctor to go back on the pill 2 weeks ago - its a bit late now! i cant believe he let me get my hopes up for no reason. it wouldn't have been a big deal if he had told me 2 weeks ago but to let me get this close to ovulating and then just change his mind is cruel.
rant over, im taking the dog for a walk to calm down.

Maybe sit down and tell him it is too late in your cycle right now and you need more time to plan. Ask him why the sudden change in heart... (Hugs)

I'm sorry, that sucks. My dh is more reluctant to ttc than I am after our loss too.

I agree with Missy. I would sit down with him and have a talk. He needs to decide what he wants because it's just plain hurtful to let you get your hopes up and then shut you down.

thanks ladies - we had a talk but i got no real answers - hes just not ready yet which i understand but he had no explanation as to why he waited so long to tell me

no im in Ireland at the moment - the photo is of a statue in Chatsworth house estate in the UK, i stayed there a couple of years ago when i was working as a nanny.

I agree I would sit down and have a chat about this. Plus to just say it as you are going to work is kind of messed up. I know men have a hard time TTCAL because they don't want to see us go through another loss. I think sometimes they don't understand you can't just start the pill whenever. Silly DH's
