The best part of the wedding day was the reception! We finally got to relax and enjoy ourselves after all the dances/cake cutting it was fun to relax with friends.

We went to the Poconos and it was AMAZING! We had a wonderful time and it was romantic

My advice is don't sweat the small stuff. In the end you won't remember half of it.
Enjoy yourself! It's your day so remember that!
Maybe have someone along that can be the go-between from the Groom/Bride. I gave that person a pack with deodorant, small sewing kit, safety pins, shout wipes, white sheet, small can of hair spray & band-aids!
OH and of course we want to see pictures

Congrats! It's an understatement to say weddings are the best day ever! The best part of my wedding day was after the ceremony when I got to just hug and kiss my dh and we still had the reception to look forward too!

We were supposed to to go Jamaica the next day for our honeymoon but missed our 6am flight and so we were in Atlanta the day after the wedding and connected to Jamaica the next day. Honeymoon was awesome!!

My advice would be to totally let loose and just focus on love and fun for the whole day

I just got married in September and reading your post made me cry with happy tears all over again.

It was the best day of my life. The wedding, the reception, the wedding night, our honeymoon... It was more than I could have dreamed of. My husband totally feels the same way. I still have my wedding dress hanging in our bedroom and I look at it and it makes me so happy. What a special time it was.

My advice: Go with the flow. Things will go wrong/not as planned. None of it matters. It is your day to be a princess and you don't have to follow anyone else s rules or suggestions. It is all about you and what you want.

We never even had a first dance or a toast or any of it... we did none of the traditional stuff we planned out. We went with the flow of what was happening at that moment. And people are still talking about our wedding saying it was the most fun at a wedding they ever had!

what was the best part of your wedding day? My whole wedding day was the best day. Knowing I married my best friend was a good feeling.

did you go anyplace the day after? we stayed home and had a party the next day with some of our friends. We left two days after for our honeymoon which was at Dh's camp in the woods with no power, no nothing. Our honeymoon was so relaxing .

Any advise for the big day? Like the other ladies said. Enjoy the day. Its your day. Don't worry about the small stuff. If something doesn't go right more likely your guest wil never know.

The best part of my wedding day was the vows. It was just so amazing. We got it on video so I still watch it alot and cry everytime.

My advice would be to enjoy every bit of it. Don't let the small stuff bother you and just be with your special someone.

Oh we went to Cancun for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Stayed in one of those all inclusive resorts and it was amazing.

Congratulations!!

The best part was seeing my DH for the first time that day. We were dressed up and he was so nervous/happy. It was wonderful.

We left at 6am the next day for Cabo San Lucas for our honeymoon.

My advice would be to do things with purpose. The day goes by so fast and people will want you here for the cake and there to take a picture, etc ALL night. Make sure to enjoy each special moment for what it is so you will remember it forever!

Yes, go with the flow. Take moments to stop and just look around and soak it all in.
I loved the moment of walking down the aisle. I wasn't nervous at all (surprisingly) I just felt wonderful and excited. I loved greeting my husband at the alter. I loved the reception.
We went to Kauaii the next morning.
