Just wondering what type of OPKs you guys use. I have never charted before but think when AF returns, I'm going to start charting. I think it may help with the pain to begin focusing on my cycles and TTC instead of the loss.

I get the IC's off of Amazon. Much cheaper and they seem to work just fine for me.

I agree with Sam! I use those and have also used Early Pregnancy Tests and Ovulation Predictor Kits for Home Use before and both work great for me!

I get mine from babyhopes.com - I have never had a false positive for the pregnancies and don't have any prob with the OPK. but next time I order (which hopefully won't be for a very long time ) I think i'm going to try those wondfo ones - even though they are pretty cheap i've heard good things about them.

I love digitals myself! I get them off Amazon as well. The Clearblue easy digital OPK's. No guessing if there positive or negative and I get a box of 20 test for about $20. I signed up where I get a box delivered every month. You can cancel it at anytime or make it where you don't get them as often. Good luck!

I have a CBEFM, I've used these Amazon.com: Wondfo One Step Ovulation (LH) Test Strips, 50-Count: Health & Personal Care and these Ovulation Predictor Kit & Pregnancy Fertility Tests 25 | eBay and all have worked wonderfully!

I don't use opks. I do chart though so I can kind of get an idea of when it is time to really "love" on my DH. It really does give you something else to focus on. There is the eagerness and excitement of trying again and it takes my mind off of the loss. It is not forgotten, I just have other things to pour my energy into now.
