I called my doctor's office Nurse's triage line and let them know about that i got my period and what the doc had said to refer me to a fertility clinic. He mentioned three that he recommends:
1. IVF genetic institute
2. Shady grove & fertility
3. UVA and fertility clinic
I am going to check these out and see which one is covered under my insurance. Excited and nervous all at the same time.

Thank you! I think I will go with Shadygrove fertility as I have heard more about them then the other two. I will not take a drive to Charlottesville VA from where we live to spend a total of like 3-4 hrs on the road (both there and back total).
Shady grove is the closest to my house and work and my DHs work too.

Good luck!!! I definitely think it makes sense to go to a clinic closer to you. You don't need the added stress of a long drive. I hope that they treat you well and you get fabulous results!!

I picked the one closer to mine and DH work and also convenient from home as well. It is Shady Grove Fertility and the doctor's are covered by insurance. It may not cover all the of it but I am hoping I do not have to go as far as IUI or IVF even. To much money but we'll see what they say before I go off on a tangent.
