Anyone else waiting for AF to come back?

I'm only going on 3 weeks post D&C, but it feels like forever.

My numbers were over 50,000 when they did the D&C and as of this weekend, I'm still registering pregnant on the tests. I'm impatiently waiting for my cycle to come back. My doctor said as soon as I have a normal cycle, I can start trying again. Anyone else playing the waiting game?

Unfortanatly we have lots of ladies who are. Just wanted to offer you ((HUGS)) and tell you that I know how it feels I've been there too many times.

My numbers were around there as well, and I got AF at 32 days after the M/C (mine was with the pills)...I hope that she shows up soon for you...

One thing you can do is to chart your temperatures, to see when you O (and then you'll know that you can expect it after that)...

I just got mine 6 weeks after a natural m/c. It took me one month to ovulate, it really seemed like forever. I hope your body gets back to normal soon.

Mine was 3 days late this cycle. I'm not even sure that I ovulated

. I think your hcg has to be at or below 10 to have an AF. I hope that your body gets back to normal soon so that you can star TTC again.

I hope things get back to normal for you soon! I had my first AF about 4 weeks after natural m/c. I'm expecting second AF or a BFP by next weekend. Like you, I am EXTREMELY impatient to jump back on the preggo train!!

After my D&C last fall it was 6 weeks to the day that A/F came.
I was using OPKS and got my peak 4 weeks after my D&C.

Right now I am post ectopic and playing the waiting game with you... Friday will be 5 weeks. My HCG was only 1992 at the highest we tested and was 15 a week ago. I took a test yesterday and can not even make my self see a line so I think I finally have all hcg gone.
I am not sure what my body is doing I am ether what my ticker says or CD7 because I think the bleeding I just had was my period but not sure. I have to wait for my next true period and then call to make an appointment for a HSG. I am freaking out that I might not know what my next period is if it keeps stopping and starting.
Hope to be in the April 2012 DDC but we shall see.

My natural M/C started on May 15th, so it is almost a month for me. I just got my last HGC numbers from the Dr and they were 15. They were only 580 a week after the m/c. they are dropping so slow, and I have no idea what is going on with my body - will i ovulate now that my numbers are so low? will i just get an AF - after how long? its so frustrating!!! I totally feel your pain!

I don't know about you, but I promised myself I wouldn't chart or pee on anything this "cycle" either so I wouldn't be tempted to try and get pregnant, but it's torture!

I had a natural mc in March and my cycle is all messed up. my HCG levels did reach 0 but I was spotting for a good 3 weeks so my dr/specialist suggested I go on Birth control pills for two month... I'm three days close to the end of the first month and still feel like my body is not cooporating with me.... I just want to OVULATE already.......

Do you acually ovulate on BC?
I thought it just tricks your body into thinking you did?
But I could be totally wrong I was just guessing.

The BCP does trick your body.... My cycle is very irregular so he wanted to try the BCP to see if it would at least help regulate my crazy spotting after the MC to have at least a regular cycle. I don't think you ovulate unless I'm wrong.... I just wanted to be past all this and have an O' moment that's what I was thinking...

I am right there with you. I just had my D & C last Monday and I can't wait for AF to show up so I can start trying again. We are planning on starting to TTC again in August. Oh how I wish August was here.

O I see for some reason I thought maybe you were charting and waiting for O to happen.
My first dr put me on BC after my first miscarriage and I ended up pregnant the first month off with my now 3yr old

so I hope the same thing happends for you as well. I have thought about going back on it to see if I get that lucky again but after finding out about PCOS it might hurt me more than help.

WOW Ladies looks like we are all gearing up to start TTC soon. I bet this board starts hoping and we get some crazy BFP's booms.

Before I got pregnant my cycles were crazy I would have a normal cycle then nothing for months then it would come and be here for weeks then nothing for months again. I only bleed for 2 weeks after my miscarriage but the DR thought it was a really good idea for me to go on a low hormone BC I guess made to help people with problems such as endo and other issues as well. I ended up staying on it a full 6 months because we decided to move and thought it would be easier and less stress full when not pregnant or with a little one. We moved in here Feb 2007 and when i got my period I never started the pills back up and March 2007 I got my BFP with Madison!!! I was always told it can take 4- 6 months to get pregnant and really did not want to get pregnant until about june/july but I was happy to not have to wait to much longer.
OH BTW my 1st pregnancy was a total opps because I didnt think I could get pregnant with cycles that screwed up but once you have that you want nothing more than to be pregnant again as everyone here knows.

So you have 1 more BC cycle and then you can TTC again?
I hope I get the all clear in July so maybe we can be TTC buddies and hopfully DDC buddies again!

He wanted me to do two month on the BCP this way that it would be easier to track and see if my body would take to it... I guess... This current cycle is like a guessing game to me b/c I was never on BCP to know how my body would react... hopefully it works... so to make sure I'm just going to follow dr's orders and go on the second month of BCP.... Then hopefully it's TTC time! It would be awsome that we both make it to the same DDC!!!!!
