I just switched doctors. I was sick and tired of my C/Ps "not counting" with my old doc, so I found a new one who would listen. New doctor wants to run a bunch of tests to figure out what is wrong. Why i was able to have my twins, no problem (aside from premature delivery), and now can't even stay pregnant long nough to make it until my first appt.
My question is, what will they most likely be testing for? What is usually tested for, and what should I demand they test for? (my insuranc will cover any and everything)
What are the diagnosis others have received that would account for what is going on with my body?

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!

AI: my teen and twins were all vaginal birth, and I had a D&C after my 10wk M/C, if that helps.

I'd just like to find some answers.
TIA!

edited to add: We are taking a break this cycle, because I'm having a hard time with this, and just starting talking to a therapist again. We are hoping to get sticky-pregnant by Dec (when my husband deploys) but I'm not sure thats going to happen. I've lost a lot of faith in myself and my faith in the last 11 months

I'm going to assume they will run the re-current m/c panel. I'm not 100% of what all that is.

I would ask them to check you for MTHFR as well as any other clotting disorders. Check your hormone levels before and after O.

It's really hard to say what they will diagnosis you with. It can be very frustrating when we know something is wrong with our body and it feels like no one wants to "fix it". ((HUGS))

I just had this blood panel done, but to be honest i'm not sure what they all tested for. I know they tested my thyroid and previously they had tested my progesterone levels. I think the one thing to push is the progesterone test if they don't offer it. It's something that can change from one pregnancy to the next, which would be why you had previous successful pregnancies. I really don't know a lot about chemical pregnancies though (i'm assuming that's what c/p means).

Thanks for the help ladies. I am really hoping we have some answers soon. I have spent too many years not in control of my body [the past 4 years: a year battling leukemia, a year recovering, my twin pregnancy (so many things went wrong there, almost lost my son) a year of loss after loss, after loss], I would just like for ONE thing to be easy.
