I sleep on average 7 to 8 hours each night. Yes I usually fall asleep very easily. I think that is from working full time and then chasing after my 22 month old at night.

And yes talking about sleep is making me sleepy. I'm getting ready to eat lunch so I'm sure I will be even more sleepier after that..lol.

How many hours of sleep do you average every night? With hours I was working I was lucky to get 5 hours sleep. With all the stress that I have been under from work that has been even less.

How many hours of sleep do you average every night? 8 to 10 hours now that the kids are off of school for the summer. Usually the rest of the time is 6 to 8.

Do you fall asleep easily? No! It sucks! Unless I am falling asleep on my way to bed tired, it usually takes me anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to completely fall asleep after I hit the hay.

Are you sleepy now from talking about it? Not really. I have been sleeping too much lately. It makes me feel worse.

Do you fall asleep easily? I think so, it usually takes less then 1/2 an hour, although lately my back has been hurting and that makes me sleep like crap.

How many hours of sleep do you average every night? I like to get 8 hours...7 at the minimum...usually it's between 7 & 9. Plus, I have gotten used to taking a nap during the day. I LOVE my naps!
Do you fall asleep easily? If I'm watching tv, yes...if I just go to bed, no...it takes me forever and I hate that!
