think I did an oopsie(Update with new temp)

So I was all upset about not ovulating this month and my temps being low then got to thinking, we have the air on and it gets down right cold in our room to the point i wake up shivering. DH hogs the warm blanket so im stuck with a quilt that is basically only a sheet its so thin. I am wondering if it has effected my temps both vaginally and orally from being so cold. I am hogging both blankets tonight and AC is turned down, now to see if my temps are fairly normal tomorrow. I will be so mad if the AC and blanket issue caused my low temps and I missed my O because of it.

I've read that the perfect fix to blanket hogging is to put two twin sized flat sheets and comforters under your regular bed covering. Then each person gets their own blankets, but the bed still looks normal when made up! That would suck if that really was the reason your temps were off!

We each have our own comforters in our bed. Both of us are blanket hogs and not good at sharing! I hope that this is all it is, that your room is cold.

DH and I are good with sharing ours but then again we snuggle tight up against each other all night too. I hope that's what your problem is with your temps. ((HUGS))

Oh geez...hopefully that didn't throw off your temps and make you miss your O. I think the separate blankets/comforters idea is a good one. Good luck! Did anything change with your temp this morning?

It would be super frustrating if that's the reason you missed it, but it would be good that you're ovulating... right?

How were your temps this morning?

Well I am assuming the cold room was messing with my temps, they have never been as low as they have. They went from 97.25 yesterday to 97.78 this am(which might have been higher since it didnt beep but DSD came in the room and I was temping vaginally UGH) which I do undercovers but just couldn't with a 4 year old in the room

so now my temps are my post O normal temps and I have no clue when I ovulated, assuming around cd 15...least we got our bases covered on BD

DH and i use some the same comforter... But both use our own fleece blankets underneath! Haha I can't sleep unless I'm completely snuggled haha

Hmmmm that might be the cause if you wake up freezing each morning. I don't temp, although I have tried. It is just all too confusing for me.

As for my DH and sheets, we usually snuggle all night long, but the heat outside is killing us and I never lower the air below 77 to keep the bills down. So we sleep only with a top sheet (comforter is pushed to our feet) and the fan on. Sometimes I kicked the sheets off, so I can be no help to you there.
