I had my annual exam with my OB today. She is totally on board with us starting to TTC again at this point. We also discussed L&D plans for #2, and we agreed on a gameplan that I feel entirely comfortable with. I've decided to do a repeat c/s, and she is going to have me take extra iron during my next pregnancy to get my levels elevated prior to delivery so that I hopefully won't have such a hard recovery even if I hemorrhage again. She also said that she supports me putting in my birth plan that if my iron levels are borderline low coming out of surgery, I want a transfusion. They didn't give me one last time, and I had a really hard time getting my iron levels back to normal. So, I'll start OPK's this weekend, and hopefully be ovulating sometime next week. I would be SO happy if pregnancy happened quickly this time around. With Josiah, it took 2 cycles, with my last pregnancy it took 8 cycles.
