What is up with my body?

so, for those of you who don't know, I had a m/c in May. It been about 5 weeks and my Dr had been monitoring my HCG to be sure it was 0. it was 15 at the beginning of June, then she just followed up with a urine test on monday (june 20th) to confirm it was neg.
So here's my issue...and a little

.... On Tuesday I had one spot of pink on the TP when I wiped. then a few spots of brown. nothing on wednesday and then the same thing yesterday. it was all very light, and I might not have even noticed some of it if I wasn't looking. So I haven't been testing for OV since we weren't supposed to get pregnant, so I have no idea if this is ovulation (never had anything like that before though), implantation, or just a slow starting AF. I am concerned b/c I'm supposed to start progesterone if I am pregnant. Thoughts? now that I have written it all out I'll probably get AF! Oh, and I tried to test yesterday, but I grabbed an OPK instead of a pregnancy test, whoops! it was negative anyway.

I was also thinking maybe this is just normal after m/c (even though i've never had it with my other two m/c) just my body trying to get back to normal?

I had the same thing this week then my period started. Two days of light spotting. One day of nothing, then more spotting + period.

it's nice to know that i'm not the only one having the issue. thanks. I really think it is just a slow starting AF. if that's what it is I wish it would just start already!

I miscarried at the beginning of may and the day my hcg was 11 I starters spotting that lasted for a few days then I had a temp rise and two weeks later got AF (so I guess that was ovulation). This month it happened again, I spotted for a couple of days, it was actually mixed ewcm this time and now I think I will ovulate any time now. I asked my midwife and she says this can happen right before ovulation due to changing hormone levels. This had never happened before the miscarriage. I have been very confused too. Hope your body gets back to normal soon.

After a m/c your body can do so many different things. Sometimes it's just your bodies way of getting back to normal. I hope you get some answers soon.

Even though I am not very knowledgeable about this, it does sound like your body is trying to get back to normal. I had a day of brown spotting on monday and nothing since then.
