It's horrible!! Started really light for three or four days, and I thought it was tapering off. Then, it upped the anty and has been AWFUL the last few days. I'm passing fairly large clots, going through a super sized tampon about once an hour. Is this normal to have such a heavy AF the second cycle after m/c? I expected it with the first cycle, but kind of expected this cycle to be more normal since overall, I'm feeling like I'm pretty much back to normal physically This sucks.

How many days have you been bleeding? I know they say that if you are soaking more than one pad or tampon an hour, that you should call your doctor. I am no expert though.

I'm on my second AF post-M/C and I'm really surprised at how light it is...you really should contact your DR, that doesnt sound normal...hope everything is ok!

I started spotting last Saturday, and it continued to be super light flow through Thursday, then was a medium flow on Thursday, and super heavy yesterday and today. So, heading into CD8 tomorrow. My last cycle lasted 9 days, and was similar in terms of how it started and progressed. Before m/c, my cycles were generally only 5 days long, with one heavy flow day. If I'm still bleeding this heavily tomorrow, I will call the doctor. It seems to be easing up.

My first few cycles after a loss have been crazy. But I do think you should call the doctor and just get checked out. ((HUGS))

Things are lightening up today. Everything I read online said that this can be entirely normal after a miscarriage, and that if things don't get back to what is normal for you after 3 cycles, to contact your doctor. I will definitely call her if my next cycle is as bad as this one (although I'm hoping this is the last AF for me since we're going to TTC this month )

After some of my losses AF was super heavy and out of whack. As long as it continues to ease up you should be good. I hope this cycle is it for you. If it's not and the same thing happens with your next AF I would mention it to your doctor just to make sure.

AF is almost over today. If I don't get pregnant this cycle and next AF is as bad as the first two, I will definitely be talking with my doctor. Part of the reason I wasn't super freaked out about it this time is because I had my annual exam with her the day before my really heavy bleeding started and she didn't see anything abnormal.
