Couple of questions...

Since my miscarriage I have read tons of ttc things on the internet...I know I shouldn't BUT I can't help myself...lol

So my leutal phase is 12 days??? Is that long enough??

and for my loss it started on the day my AF was due BUT with spotting....I didn't start red bleeding until four days later....Would that be CD 1 (first day of red bleeding assoicated with my loss)

First, I'm so sorry for your loss...
As for the LP, 12 days is pretty darn good, my LP is normally 10 days (my RE isnt worried at all unless it is under 10), and for both of my pregnancies, I had no spotting (my M/C was a missed miscarriage, I had absolutely no spotting with it)...the spotting you had most likely was just cause the egg just wasnt going to make it (I'm sorry if that came across harsh, I sincerely dont mean it to)...

CD1 is usually when bleeding starts, no spotting...

((HUG)) I am so sorry for your loss. Your LP doesn't sound bad at all And I would say CD 1 would be your first day of bleeding not spotting.

I agree with the others. Definitely nothing to worry about with a 12 day LP.

My RE said the same thing. Mine is 11-12 days and she said there is no conclusive proof that a shorter luteal phase affects your chances of getting pregnant.
