For the first time since my miscarriage on my own which is weird but cool at the same time. Now my doctor told me to wait 3 cycles before trying again. Is it really necessary to wait that long? I have PCOS and I'm afraid that if I wait my cycles will be screwed up and I'll have 2 or 3 month cycles again. I also have clomid and I think I may take it this month because that's how I got pregnant this last time. Anyway, what do you all think?

Congrats! Ever think anyone would congratulate you on getting AF? Mine started yesterday for the first time since my mc too. My doctor just told me to wait until I got my first AF. So we will be trying as soon as I get a positive OPK. She told me that she normally recommends 6 months (sheesh), but since I'm over 30, she said to have at it.

Doctor's usually say wait one cycle for dating purposes but since AF arrives I say go for it Good luck and I hope the Clomid works for you again.

I say go for it too! Every time I've been told to wait it's more about the mental side then physical. RE wanted me to wait, but that was I think because of the stronger fertility meds.

Thanks and no, I've never been congratulated on starting AF lol. I don't ovulate on my own at all so that's why I had to take the clomid. I hope it works again. As for emotional, I think the best thing for me instead of waiting is to go ahead and try because I'm more miserable not trying. Does anyone have any recommendations for not trying after a miscarriage?
