I have my IUD removal scheduled for August 2nd, then we are supposed to wait another cycle before ttc. I know I should start taking prenatals, and of course over all health. I've been exercising regularly, getting in as good of health as possible, eating organics, and even cutting back on my caffeine and alcohol consumption. (I figure that will help stopping easier when the time comes) Our loss was due to a genetic disorder that no amount of preparation can prevent. However, it will put my mind at ease knowing that I've doen anything and everything possible to make myself as healthy and ready as possible.

Are there any other suggestions you ladies have?

Hi Amanda, I am sorry for your loss. It seems that you are doing all that you can to stay healthy. I would say do not stress about the TTC process. I have done it and it does not work well. Good Luck on your upcoming TTC journey.

Sound like you have a great start. Just keep doing what you are doing and hopefully you will get your BFP quickly. Good Luck.

Hello and welcome! I am so very sorry for your loss! It sounds like your doing all the right things. If you want to know your cycle better I suggest temping or using OPK's and charting your CM.

Sorry for your loss. Good luck and Im glad you're taking all the right steps to be prepared. I also stopped all caffeine and rarely ever drink (obviously I will stop altogether when I get my BFP) as well as always taking my vitamins! It feels good to know we are putting our bodies in the best position for pregnancy
