I just finished my clomid cycle so I'm on cycle day 10. Well, my question is why am I having so much cervical mucus? I thought clomid was supposed to dry you up. This is my first real cycle since I lost my angel baby and I don't really know what to expect. My mucus is really watery to thick sometimes during the day then back to watery. I don't believe I'm ovulating yet because it's too soon but what do ya'll think?

The very first month I ever took Clomid I had tons of EWCM. But then the following cycles I was so dry. It could be just your bodies reaction to the meds. Have you used any OPK's or are you Temping to track your ovulation?

I haven't used any OPK's yet because I'm thinking it's still too early and I don't have the ovulation pains I got last time. I didn't ovulate until CD17 last time.

I never had the problem with meds drying up my CM, in fact sometimes I have had what feels like is much more. I think it just depends on your bodies reaction- but CM is a good thing!!

I would start using the OPK's now just in case! That way you don't miss it

That's not really a silly question. I am so disappointed. A silly question would be something like, "If it's a Wednesday afternoon in Africa in the winter and a bird flies overhead and poops on me, should I have worn a hat?"

Try to do better next time. Sheesh.

I always ovulated early on clomid (like cd 8-9) so I would start using the opk's now and get a few sex sessions in there as well just in case.

Good Luck!
