I may or may not hit my SIL in her FACE!!!!

So I had a mc about month ago and my sister in law texted me 2 weeks after my mc(she knew I had a mc) and said she doesnt want to be pregnant anymore because she doesnt want to gain weight, ***!!!!!! I started bawling after I read this text and my hubby was pissed that she didnt have the common sense to not text me that. I would give my heart to be pregnant again and this little girl doesnt want to gain weight for her baby. I didnt respond to her text as I just calmed down and let it go, but than today she makes her FB status, "ughhhh I dont want to be pregnant anymore and gain weight". My husband calls her out on fb totally starting drama and she texts to apologize with her text starting with "ughhh, i didnt know it would upset you I am sorry, geez". THATS HER APOLOGY!!!!! Sorry needed to vent!!!!

I'm sorry! My sister's sister-in-law annouced her pregnancy literally on facebook a couple of minutes ago. I feel so upset and hurt. I feel you. Literally, I am sorry.

OMG can I slap her FOR you? I sometimes can't believe the things people write about their kids or pregnancies on FB. Did she SERIOUSLY say she doesn't want to be pregnant "anymore"?? That's tantamount to hoping for a miscarriage. I hope no one tells the future kid about that.
And yeah I can't believe she texted you that earlier. What an insensitive twit. I'm really sorry (((HUGS)))

While I FULLY understand why what she said and wrote hurts you, at the same time I am grateful that she does not understand the pain of pregnancy loss.

Back when I had the boys I am sure there were times I said crazy things similar to that and now looking back I really hope that I did not encounter anyone that had a loss while doing so.

I wish none of us had to go through this pain. And I am so sorry what she said hurts so much... Its like having a knife put in your heart. ((hugs))

Yes, that is exactly how it feels! I have had a friend who is pregnant saying the same kinds of things and she has had miscarriages. It is incredibly insensitive and I am so sorry she hurt you like that. I know how upsetting it can be when people say things like that without thinking. If I were you, I wouldn't hesitate in letting her know how lucky she is to be having a baby and not going through the loss you went through. That's what I said to my friend and she backed off with her comments. I hope your SIL smartens up and starts appreciating the little miracle she is carrying.

I can't believe that she said that to you knowing that you had encountered a loss! So rude..... I don't know what it is but we have similarites with the SIL.... after my loss not even two weeks later she announced to the whole family with me being there as well with the news that they were expecting! You all had to be there to see the way it was done... It was like rubbing it in my face kind of feeling..... My jaw dropped (I wanted to be happy for them but couldn't... had the same thought as your heading title for this post!) Then she had the nerve to tell me later that they weren't even trying... ( she even told me a few weeks before my loss that they were far from getting preggo because they had issues to reslove...) Sorry to rant..... I feel you 100 percent!!!!

I mean I have had 4 babies so when your close to the end, yes you complain that your uncomfortable, baby feels like its going to fall, its hot out, etc but for to say she doesnt want to be pregnant anymore because she doesnt want to GAIN weigh, ***!!!! She is so selfish, ignorant and malicious. I HATE HER!!!

Even before my loss (and more than a year of TTC #2) it always pissed me off when people were so worried about gaining weight while pregnant. You have the priviledge of growing a human being. Let go of the vanity for just a few months.

I probably would have went off on her myself...or just said something like "be careful what you wish for" .... I can't believe people say stuff like that. I loathe the "OMG IM PREGNANT AND SOOO FAT" bull sh*t. *eyeroll*
