I didn't wind up calling the RE's office this morning to tell him I thought I might be pregnant. The reason is because of some Answer tests. Let me illustrate my point.

Here is my problem. I took an Answer test yesterday and got a much fainter line than my IC. I was ok with that, because Answer is dumb anymore. So, I took another Answer test this morning and it was almost negative. I took another with SMU after holding for 3.5 hours and it was just a little lighter than yesterdays. That almost negative one really sent me into, "Oh my God it's over before I even know if it begun!!" So, what do you think. Is Answer just evil or do I have a problem on my hands?

The bottom one is yesterday's, the middle is FMU today, and the top is SMU today.


Can I just say how much I hate what my losses have done to me?!?!?!

Well, first of all, today's IC looks way darker so that's awesome. As for the Answer, I honestly think that today's SMU test seems a little darker than your test yesterday...at least, that's how it looks on my screen. I don't have any experience with the Answer tests so unfortunately I can't give you input about that. But, it does seem like the tests are getting darker rather than lighter.

I can't tell you to sit back and relax because I know I'd be as anxious as you, but I can say good luck! I hope those tests keep getting darker and you have great news on Friday!

I dont think your being parinoid, and I hate what loss's do to all of us as well! I can say that I have seen a lot of of MA pregnancies start of this way though....with all the hormones they have you on, it takes a while for your body to regulate the new HCG coming into your body...as the trigger disappears and the new hcg is getting higher, it can cause days like this in the very early beginning of pregnancy. Hopefully by Friday you have most of your answers and the lines just keep getting darker and not playing tricks on you anymore!

I dont think you are paranoid AT ALL!!! That IC looks gorgeous and I personally have had the worst luck with Answer brand so I usually only get FRER. My fingers and toes are crossed for you!!

I'm going with the Answer is evil option. Mine looked almost exactly like yours this morning, a little lighter than yesterdays. Add me to the paranoid freak group, because I just got back from buying a FRER and a CB Digi and I've been holding it since 8 a.m. this morning. I'm aiming for testing again at 1. I definitely think you have a BFP on your hands though! That IC is really dark!

They look like they are getting darker. Today's IC looks alot darker. I have never used the answer test so I don't know anything about them. I hope it really is a BFP!!

I had the WORST luck with Answer tests at the beginning of this pregnancy (which you can see if going fairly well ). I had one that sent me over the edge too because it was lighter and we were at a pretty dark stage of tests (like 16DPO). It completely freaked me out. I seriously do not like Answer ones. I find they are not sensitive and seem to have a wider range of dye/color than FRER. I think your tests look gorgeous from all angles I can see. I know why that FMU completely threw you off and it does seem kinda weird. But I am going with Answer tests suck and I would use the IC's (it is absolutely darker) and the second Answer (which I also think is darker than yesterdays). I know nothing about MA, but I could see how the different hormones could pose some confusion for your body. I really think this is a gorgeous BFP for you Hang in there mama!!

Thank you ladies! Part of me does not believe that this is real. The other part is freaking out. I'm hoping it's just that the Answer tests are evil. It's crazy that ICs are more sensitive. I took another digi and it came up even faster than yesterday (and that was under a minute to start with). I'm going to try a FRER tonight and see what happens.

Listen carefully ANSWER TESTS ARE EVIL! That is all But your IC's are looking wonderful my dear. I know it's hard not to but try not to stress.

I hate Answer tests Lori. I don't even buy them anymore. I say this is it for you! I'd call your RE and just let them know.
