I am so glad I am a freak and like to use different OPKS to compaire to because I think I may have gotten a bad batch.
I ordered some last fall and they were great I got nice dark lines. Not so much this time, I would call this a negative if 3 other tests were not so blaring positive.
Think I might Email them and ask whats up with this and send photos.
Sticks were all dipped in the same pee cup and photo was taken about 8 minute mark.

I've never used them but I would definitely say that they are defective.

I used to use them all the time and never had any problems. It could be a bad batch. Send them an email and they will probably send you some new ones.

Ok I sent them a message let see what they do about it.
I had a different batch and this was what I got from it... so I was expecting the same.
I got a bad batch of HPTs from them once that all gave pink evaps so much so that I went to the DR for a blood test and it was neg and they sent a whole new batch no questions asked. I honestly hope I catch that eggie and do not need any more sent..lol

Responce I got back....
"Hi Lindsey,
Thank you for your note. We have not had feedback in regards to a bad lot of tests, however can you please provide me with your lot number?
Further, please keep in mind that our ovulation tests read at the 25miu level, which may differ from other tests, and need to be read at the 10 minute mark for an accurate result. Did you receive a control line on the tests?
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks,
Pat Phillips

That is Bull^&*%. Make sure you get a refund. You should not have to send them batch numbers - the pictures are more than enough documentation.
That is some bad customer service. BOOOOOOOO

Very bad customer service. If I were you, and he was leaning toward not giving you a refund or a new batch of tests, I'd mention that you belong to this online forum and will make it your mission to spread how no one should buy from them.

Here is all tests dry.....
Here is new tests I just took and photo at 12 minute mark......
It did get darker with more time but to me that is not a true positive. I know I will not be ordering any more from them ever again for one 40 tests were $35.00 when I can get 50 for $9.00 on amazon. And two the 9.00 amazon ones worked better! I just liked having another test to confirm it.

Just got a reply from my rant on my TTC journal about someone else on this board having the same issue.
So if any of you ladies are having this problem please Email. They have not replied to my last message so I sent another one saying I am on a TTC forum and other ladies are noticing the same issue and to expect some Emails soon.
The only thing that makes me wonder is I did not get a temp spike today so maybe today it will be darker? but the ones I bought last year did not act this way.

Wow! I have never had a problem with them...in fact I've had better luck with them than any other kind. I would definitely say it's a bad batch since they're usually so good. Why do they have someone in customer service who really has no idea? Don't they realize that there are millions of women who religiously POAS and know exactly what to look for? I would keep on them and if they still don't give you what you deserve, file a complaint with the BBB. It's amazing how quickly companies will jump to attention. Good luck and keep us updated!

I had a bad batch of HPT's last fall and they were quick to send me new ones but this time they seem to be fighting me on it. They probably looked me up and think I am trying to get free stuff. But I have photos so I am not lying about this. I have sent 2 Emails since yesterday and no responce yet.

I looked them up on the BBB website and they're located in Washington, so if it was later yesterday or earlier this morning, then they probably just aren't in the office yet. Hopefully they'll reply in a few hours. Your photos definitely don't lie and they should just stop with the canned responses and get you either a refund or send replacements. If their product doesn't work, they need to do something about it. I'm sorry for ranting, but one of my biggest pet peeves is a company that does not provide good customer service. If you do get to the point of filing a complaint, make sure you provide all of your correspondence and pics if you can. Here's the link to the BBB: BBB-EPT.com

Thanks for the info. I will give them a couple days to see what they do.
I am just in shock because this same person helped me last time with no questions asked and this time not so much.

Took more today at 10:45am thinking maybe my surge had not peeked yet and the green ones would be dark.... Photos taken at the 15 minute mark.
As I was uploading these photos I get a new message in my inbox....
Hi Lindsey,
Thank you for your note. I appreciate the information, and we are going to look into this lot # for defect. I have authorized a reshipment of tests to you, you will receive them shortly.
Please just discard the defective tests. We do apologize for the inconvenience!
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,
Pat Phillips

I went to reply and thank them but it keeps getting sent back to me with a fail to deliver message. But HORRAY for them stepping up and taking care of the situation. They should for being one of the most expensive places out there to buy the cheapies.

Kind of a coincidence that it would have been Pat Phillips both times. I bet it's a bunch of people over in India who copy/paste things and use the same name... >.>

This made me laugh but at the same time is a testimonial to the state of our country. With the failing of long standing companies everyday budget cuts need to be made everywhere. Unfortunately the CEO's feel the easiest place to shave spending is cut customer service and/or outsource it overseas.
I am glad they are making right on your product purchase from their company.
