So my m/c was on the 12th... I was at 11 weeks and passed everything naturally. My body appears to have gotten right back to normal - after I passed everything I bled like a normal period, then stopped. I haven't had even any spotting since Saturday night. I'm feeling great physically and my body is acting like it's in a normal cycle. I'm supposed to ovulate in the next few days and the line on the OPK was darker this morning, though still not a positive.

DB and I had agreed that we were going to wait a couple of cycles before we TTC. Last night we had unprotected sex - not planned but we both went with it - and now I'm feeling torn about what to do. I had a dream that I told him I wanted to start trying right away and he got mad at me. He laughed when I told him about the dream, because I think he'd agree to whatever I really want. He's just worried about me.

So now there's this part of me that's thinking "why not?" If I know when I O and my body is all good and emotionally I'm feeling like I'm healing but there will be an emptiness till I have that LO in my arms... why not? Or maybe I should just say let's not try, not prevent for a couple of cycles and see what happens.

I'd love to hear some experiences or advice....

I say go for it if that's what you want. My doctor told me to wait for one cycle before we started trying again so that's what we are going to do. My EDD was in December so I am really hoping to be pregnant again before December. I think that will make my EDD easier to deal with. Good Luck whatever you decide.

I say if you feel ready go for it! If it doesn't happen just accept it as your body isn't ready yet and keep trying and if it does then great Good luck with whatever you decide hun!

If you feel ready then go for it. I worry that if I don't try for a few months I will miss that one good egg we are looking for.

We didn't wait. There's not reason to wait really. Do whatever your heart tells you to do.

We chose to NTNP for 2 cycles. It's such an individual choice. If you both feel comfortable, then go for it. If DB is feeling hesitant, then I would wait until he felt ready too.
