I had my f/u appt today. He said he didnt have any results from the lab. He recommended I wait 2 cycles ttc. I think I will wait at least one. I forgot to ask him how long it would take for my hcglevels to come down. I want to start using opks so I can monitor my cycles. I did one today just out of curiosity and it was way posistive which makes me think that I still have some hcg in my system.

It varies from person to person as to how quickly your levels drop.. It always depends on how far along you were and how high your numbers are. You could always buy some cheapy IC's and test it out or see if the doctor will do follow up BT to make sure it is dropping.

It has been different each time with me. With the D&C though it seemed like it took forever for them to go to 0. I agree with Kaite, I'd get some IC's and test it out.

With me it ranged 2 weeks to 5 weeks for my HCG to drop.
I think there could be a possiblity that you can O with HCG still in your system. I had my first A/F with my hcg at 15. I was not monitoring it but I probably Oed about 2 weeks before that but not 100% sure.
Our bodys do crazy things after a loss.
