Sometimes we have crappy things going on and we are down in the dumps. Sometimes we forget to pat ourselves on the back now again. What are two things you love about yourself or two things that you do well?

Hmmm....
aside from my own battles with impatience in the TWW, people tell me I have the patience of a saint. Nothing much ruffles me when it comes to the behaviors of others (except for violence, I have no patience for aggression or violence in others.) I work with kids with special needs, so it's kind of a prerequisite.

it's really hard to think of something.

I think I'm pretty good at finding a positive side to things. Give me a cloud and I'll find the silver lining.

This post is fun!

I have an amazing work ethic. I really am one of the hardest working people I know.

And for better or for worse, I am insanely open and honest. I have no shame, and because of that, I feel like I'm able to form deeper relationships with people. They know the real me, and in return, are comfortable enough to let me know the real them.

Jan. 2009: Came off years of BCP and started TTC
March 2010: BFP -- finally!
Oct. 22, 2010: Drew is born, but has to stay in the NICU because of cord complications resulting in oxygen deprivation and brain problems =(
Oct. 27, 2010: I held him in my arms while Daddy, Grandma, Great-Uncle and I sang him to sleep =( Hardest thing I've ever done...
June 14, 2011: Drew's baby brother or sister waved hi to us with a BFP!
June 25, 2011: Natural miscarriage... Can we please catch a break here?
Nov. 2011: 100mg Clomid followed by 2mg Estrogen, Ovidrel trigger, and 200mg progesterone suppositories 2x/day 14 days. BFN.
Dec. 2011: 2nd medicated cycle. BFN.
Jan. 2012: Took a month off to breathe...
Feb. 2012: Same regimen of Clomid and other meds, add IUI. 2 eggs and 8.5 million swimmers. BFN.
March 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-11, follie scan CD 8 showed 6 follies likely to mature. Triggered, IUI on CD 14, 4 million swimmers. BFN.
April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.
May 2012: 75 IU Follistim starting CD 3. Waiting to O. Timed intercourse. Likely 5 follies to mature.

I love that I am finally ok with just being me. And that I don't need everyones approval. I love that I can do anything I set my mind to .

I am good at being crafty (currently crochet) and being a good friend/mom/wife.

Ok 2 things love about myself (without sounding big headed)
I love how strong I've become.
I love my eyes, I know its silly but I have seriously blue eyes and I've always loved them.
2 things I'm good at is easy - children and animals, I was a nanny and found it unbelievably easy to be around children, i really love it and in a way its the same with animals (I'm half way trained to be a vet so that helps).

I have become a strong person over the years. People are always telling me they don't know how I do it. (Comes from losing mom at a young age while dealing with a nasty divorce from a psycho)

I am real. If you don't like me as I am ....too bad. If you don't like the way I look..then don't look.
