I LOVE good white sweet corn on the cob, I had my first batch of the good stuff this week, and OMG - I was in heaven!
I am going to try growing some myself next year.
A friend gave us some really ripe tomatoes and they are amazing! I eat them like apples. yum!

Lobster!! It's available all year, but it's more plentiful in the summer. Plus, my BF is a lobsterman and only goes out in the summer/early fall so he brings it home a lot and I love it!
I've also rediscovered fresh cherries! They are so good!!!

I love watermelon, canteloupe and tomatos.
Katie sounds like you have an awesome garden. I just have a few tomato plants, cucumbers and squash. Have you ever tried cooking your corn on the grill. We pull down the husk and remove all the silk then pull the hust back up. Soak the corn in water all day and then grill right in the husk. It is great. You should try it if you have't already.

Haha. I'm actually allergic to watermelon and cantaloupe (any melon or tropical fruit) so I have no idea what they taste like I'm allergic to a lot of things (sunscreen, fleece, lots of skin and hair products) it sucks
But I love.... Corn, strawberries, cucumber salad, potato salad, hamburgers on the grill, you know the whole BBQ scene

I love watermelon, cantaloupe, fresh corn on the cob and all the fresh vegtables growing on our gardens.
Katie, you are lucky you are getting corn already. We haven't gotten any corn out of the garden yet.
