Hello Ladies,

As many of you know Dh's mom has been living in a assisted living home since March. We are in the process of clearing out the house of all the things that have been in the house for years. Now since I feel like the house is ours instead of Dh's house I am in the remolding mood. Right now the bathroom is painted in two ugly shades of green. I want to repaint the bathroom. I would like if you would share what color your bathroom is. If you would like to share pictures I would love that. I am trying to get some ideas.

Mine is just a boring shade of cream. I lived in a house a few years ago though, that had a bathroom painted a deep red with white trim. I never would've thought of that for a bathroom, but it was really pretty and brought on a nice, warm, cozy feeling.

Our Master bath is just plain white. Our guest bathroom is eucalyptus green and our powder room is chutney brown.

I think all three of our bathrooms are a shade of blue. One might be a golden yellow.

Mine is light purple with stars, moons, and suns stenciled on in dark purple and silver.

Our master bath still has this garish wallpaper up. I have paint to redo it, but part of it has a vaulted ceiling, and I'm trying to figure out still how to get a ladder over the bath tub.
New color will be a light beige on top and then a linen type effect on the bottom half.

Other baths- 1 is a tan color with a fly fishing border, one is a light beigy color, and one is yellow with a frog boarder (CJ's bathroom)

2 of our bathrooms have hideous wallpaper that costs to much to remove right now. I painted our powder willow tree green (like a light sage). The rest of our house is done in relaxed khaki (light tan). Both paints are Sherwin Williams. I like their paint the best. Great quality for a great price.

I live in an apt so all the walls are white here. Our bathroom is all decorated with the GA Falcons Football team, the boys is done in blues. Before DH and I moved in together my bathroom was all Hello Kitty

I say pick what you like most and go for it!!

Our hall bath is painted deep blue (sorta navy, but not quite) and the accents are done in white and aqua

Our master bathroom (much smaller than our hall bath) is done in a color between celedon and tree green. Sorta a muted, earthy color. The accents in there are chocolate brown. We matched the paint to a set of towels I loved at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

I can't seem to find any good pictures of either one. I can take some later.

My mom has three bathrooms...one of hers is done just in black and white with red accents. I love that bathroom!! And she has one that is a gold color with cream accents. I am surprised I like it, given it is so monochromatic. But it turned out pretty. And her third is...uh, I don't remember. Nevermind. Lol. I never use that one so I can't say what it is right now. Bathrooms are fun to paint because they are so small and you don't have to do a lot with the decorations for them to be pretty and fun.

I'll take pictures later but mine is purple & green. The walls are green and I accented with lots of purple.

Thank you ladies. I love hearing what color everyone's bathroom is. I am going to start in the bathroom then work my way to the kitchen. The one thing I hate about this house is the bathroom is right off the kitchen.

My bathroom upstairs is white with a black floor. The basement bathroom is "chrome" which is actually a dark gray color with slate flooring. I like the white because you can easily change your accents depending on the season or your mood!!
