So, usually every other cycle I get a lot EWCM in my panties. I know TMI, sorry. In June, I barely saw any, so I was really excited for this cycle, and there was none at all. Is that a bad sign?
It makes me feel like my egg quality is good when I have a lot of EWCM. I know that there really isn't any correlation between the two, but now I am all worried. I think I am just being paranoid.

Noone knows we are TTC, so I do not have anyone to talk too about it. Thanks for letting me get it out!!

omg Morris126! I was thinking the same thing! It's reassuring with a lot of ewcm. This cycle I had none... but then as I tested on the OPK I had a positive... but with no symptoms! I think maybe we are thinking too much into it.... But it's hard to not...

I think when you might be dehydrated without really realizing the ewcm becomes less. Increase your fluid intake and also include water into the regimen I think you will have the ewcm return.

I'm lacking the last 2 months as well. I was thinking maybe after my ectopic it got me all screwed up.
I'm not taking In any less water than before, probably more now.

Your hormones can really affect that after a loss. I would suggest trying Robitussin or preseed (something to help) because without good CM the sperm have a harder time to get to the cervix.
